Roorkee College of Engineering (RCE) was established since 2010 by a distinguished group having experience of running technical institutions. With Roorkee is the Engineering Education with top leading internationally known institutions namely IRI, IIT, CBRI, NIH etc. yet emphasis of RCE has been to provide high quality education in general but to poor rural population in particular.
